Rosemary Pork Chops and Potatoes

Recipe Description
A yummy way to spice up your pork chops!​
Preparation Steps:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut potatoes into small cubes. Take two sprigs of rosemary and remove stem.​

1.5 hours​
-4 Large Pork Chops, preferably bone-in, about 1/2 inch thick
-2 lbs red potatoes
-6 sprigs of fresh rosemary
-olive oil
-garlic powder​
serves 4​
Toss potatoes into a large 9x13 baking dish. Lightly coat with olive oil, and toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and two of the sprigs of rosemary removed from the stem. Salt and pepper each pork chops on both sides, place a rosemary sprig in the middle of each chop, fold over and secure with a toothpick. Place on top of potatoes. Cover and bake for 45 minutes, to an hour.​
