Talked myself out of a navy blue land end Turtleneck that was half off and on a additional 20% off at the Goodwill. Price would have been $1.20.

Then today I was offered hand me downs for free and in the bag was a Navy Land's end Turtleneck same size.

I was like no way. So Cool.

Look at me with 2 Goodwill Stories today. Topday is my Lucky day

Good for you for your patience. I am also patient with looking for things at thrift shops etc. though I may have been talked into buying the turtleneck as it was only 1.20 but then give my head a shake after the fact and think what did I do that for. Good for you for holding out and getting what you wanted in the end.
