On Sunday I baked bread again. A 3.5 kg gluten-free sourdough bread. (If right then 馃榿 )
It's only work once and cleaning the kitchen once, and the oven doesn't care whether it bakes a small or a large loaf of bread. With the big loaf I used the energy of the oven better.

That whole meal looks delicious! Especially the bread. Good article and good tips, too!

We have an electric countertop oven we use a lot for small things. It saves us from heating up the big gas stove oven and using fossil fuel when we're making small batches.
