I got this recipe from my MIL and it so easy and they are just delicious.

Seasoned Crackers

1 box of Saltines
1 cup of Canola Oil
1 package dry Ranch Dressing mix

Pour all 4 sleeves of the crackers into a large container (must have a tight fitting lid). Mix the dressing mix and canola oil together and pour over the crackers. Now just turn (I use a round container, 1 gallon cannister from the dollar store and I just roll it back and forth) and turn the container until the oil is absorbed into the crackers.

I know it seems like these would be oily but they are not, the crackers absorb the oil and the seasoning and they taste delicious. I just store them in the same container that I seasoned them in. I like them the same day, but my MIL swears that they taste better a few days later. :D
