It is a nice sunny day today. Definately hints of fall in the air. Decided to give myself a day of rest from exercising. Will take a walk later on today to Family Dollar. Made a pot of chicken stock already. Cat seems to be excited about it. Threw out my old ski bibs. Other than that will be a nice easy day today. Still need to make a grocery list. Have a 50 cent off for redbox so will pick up a movie today.
