Slow cooker Roast with veggies and gravy
Recipe Description
Super tasty one pot meal that stretches your food dollars-makes plenty for 'planned overs' or another quick meal.
Preparation Steps:-Rinse roast and pat dry.
-Sprinkle roast with seasonings.
-Rinse and dry vegetables.
-Rough chop vegetables.
-Prepare slow cooker or use liner.
-Mix seasonings together.

Time Needed:6-7 hours
Ingredients:*1 large roast
*1 large (chopped) onion
*3 large (chopped) carrots
*4 medium (chopped) potatoes
*2 stalks (chopped) celery
*2 tbsp Greek seasonings
*1 tbsp garlic powder
*2 tbsp olive oil
*2 cans golden mushroom soup
*salt and pepper-to taste

Directions:~Turn crock pot on high.
~Put oil in pot, add roast and roll in oil.
~Sprinkle all seasonings on roast and vegetables.
~Place veggies under and around the sides of meat.
~Put soup directly on top of everything and add ¼ cup of water to pot.
~Cook on high for 1-hour.
~Reduce heat and cook on low for 5-6 hours till meat is fork tender.
I usually serve this with either rice or noodles and a nice fresh garden salad.
