Hopefully, my journey into soapmaking will begin this year. I have been going through tons of reading and came across this.

I think it's just the coolest thing. I enjoy design and I love seeing design in soapmaking even more than the scents.

I want to try soapmaking too and its one of my goals for 2004. I think I will have to wait a while before I try this one though I do love the designs.

Wow....the first installment had me kind of concerned, but they certainly turned out beautifully!! I can imagine how that piped basket would look if I had been on the other end of the piping bag! :yikes: And I've never heard margarine refered to as "blended edible animal fat" - hmmm - now what shall I spread on my toast?! :yucky:

That being said....if anyone can design a breathtaking array of designer soaps, I know it would be you Sara! I can't wait to see what you create! (as for me, I'm still on phase 2 of the 'candlemaking for kids' kit....maybe by next Christmas! )
