Soy Milk Drop Biscuits

Recipe Description
I found this recipe some place on the internet. You can use 1 cup Whole Wheat and 1 cup All Purpose flour or 2 cups All Purpose flour. If I use all, All Purpose flour I reduce the Baking Powder to 2 /12 tsp.
Preparation Steps:
Level of Difficulty:
Easy
Time Needed:
Ingredients:
2 Cups Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Oil
3/4 Cup Soy Milk
Serves:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt.
combine oil, soy milk.
Add the oil, soy milk mixture to the dry ingredients.
Stir only enough to mix.
Drop on baking sheet.
450 oven 8-10 minutes. (I usually bake them in a little cooler oven and it works fine)

You're both so welcome! This is a really good recipe and I liked the fact that it used oil rather than shortening.

These biscuits are very easy and forgiving. Sometimes the dough seems a little wetter or drier but they always turn out and taste great.

Oh Oh. I just noted a typo in my original post. That reduction of Baking Powder is supposed to be 2 1/2 tsp. I misplaced the little slash.
