Spicy Brown Sugar Rub And Marinade

Recipe Description
A dry sweet rub for ribs, chicken and seafood. Can be used in liquids as a marinade.​
Preparation Steps:

Very Easy​
Time Needed:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup paprika
1/2 Tb. black pepper
1/2 Tb. salt
1 Tb. chili powder
1 TB. garlic powder
1 Tb. onion powder
1 tsp. cayenne​
Mix together ingredients and store in a plastic container. Use 1 TB. per lb of meat. Rub in with an equal amount of oil at least an hour before cooking. Wonderful on steaks, ribs and beer can chicken. To use as a marinade, stir together 1 part mix, 1 part canola oil and 2 parts juice(apple, pineapple, orange, lemon, lime, even wine). Excellent when brushed onto shrimp and steak kabobs!​
