Morning All,

St. Patrick's day is a big deal in my family, at least meal wise. We always have corned beef and cabbage and Soda bread. Does anyone else have the traditional dinner on St. Patricks Day?

No, but I want to start the tradition this year. Can you share recipes with me/us? The above menu sounds good.

We have green eggs & ham for breakfast

Then we have corned beef, mashed potatoes, and veggies. Something green for dessert, probably green jello.

I usually fix a typical corned beef and cabbage. I love colcannon (sp?) also. I'm going to try to do that this year. :)
