And how wonderful they are! I feel great from the minute I get there until I get home. An hour an a half seems to fly by. And one thing I find with yoga, that I've never found with any other form of exercise, is that I feel like I'm actually working my body (can feel the muscles working) but at the end I just have a kind of calm energy - not the tired, exhausted mess I usually am.

I've gone two weeks now, and tomorrow night is my third. My goal is to go once a week for the rest of this year. Of course, the fact that I'm paying for these classes is a strong incentive.

Anyone else do yoga?

I've taken Pilates classes before, and that was similar to yoga. I stopped the classes since they were so expensive. I've got videos, which I haven't used yet. Everyone I know loves yoga; I wish I had time for it.

I wish I could find an inexpensive, close to home class near me, I would definitely love to try it.
I have pilates tapes as well and I love those, they give me energy in the morning.

I love Yoga. I started doing it at the beginning of the year. It is very relaxing. You can actually feel your muscles stretching. I do it at home though through a DVD.

I LOVE yoga and I so know what you mean about the quiet energy it gives you. I remember the 1st class I think I remember thinking to myself "this is way too easy for me....." the next day I couldn't MOVE! Lol....serves me right for being so smug that first day. Glad you're loving it.
