I had a recipe a while back where you made bread stater and kept it in the fridge in a jar every I think it was 4 days you took it out and fed it with instant potatoes then made your bread. Does anyone have this recipe?

I think you are meaning the sourdough recipe but maybe our bread bakers haven't seen the thread, so bumping up.
