Oooh, so good- this is how I make it, an old WW favorite in our house, even my kids love it!

Taco Pie
can refrigerated buttermilk bicuits (NOT Grands)
lb. ground turkey
1/2 each red and green pepper, chopped
med onion, chopped
pkg taco seasoning mix
12 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella

Spray 9" pie plate w/ Pam. Serparate biscuits and press into bottom of pie plate and up sides (I put one biscuit in middle, few around that and cut remaining biscuits in 1/2 to line sides of dish). They may not cover it all completely, don't stress.
Spray non-stick skillet w/ Pam. Brown ground turkey w/ peppers and onions. When fully cooked, stir in taco seasoning mix and tomato sauce. Pour turkey mixture over biscuits. top with shredded cheese and bake, 375 degrees, maybe 15-18 min, till all is bubbly. This is great served with shredded lettuce, salsa, olives and sour cream.
