Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken
Recipe Description
American/Chinese dish. Use more or less crushed red pepper according to your taste.
Preparation Steps:Clean bell peppers of seeds and membranes and slice into strips. Chop onion into large peices. Cut chicken into bite sized peices.

Time Needed:25 min.
Ingredients:1 1/2 Lbs. Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Small Onion
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 20 oz. can Pineapple chunks
1/4 c. Flour
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Serves:1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper

1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 20 oz. can Pineapple chunks
1/4 c. Flour
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Directions:Heat stove top to medium high heat. Place olive oil and chicken in a wok or very large skillet. Cook until no longer pink in center and juice runs clear (7 min approx.) Add remaining ingrediants to skillet/wok and lower heat to medium. Simmer for 10-15 min or until sauce begins to thicken and vegetables are cooked but still crisp. Serve over white rice.
