i can't breathe and stop coughing.:brainy:

Have you tried raw honey with pollen in tact from your area, many times that will help with allergies. Hope you feel better soon. Hugs and blessings.

i have local honey. what do you do with it?

Just eat it by the spoonful , and usually will help immensely with allergies as it lets your body assimilate and get use to the pollen in your area. If you can't get raw from your own area any raw honey helps peoples allergies. But must be raw ( unheated, enzyme intact , as well as pollen) meaning they process without any heat straight from hive.Many companies or processors will say they are raw but heat it so it defeats the purpose. Hope that helps. Raw usually looks like a creamy like peanut butter ( whipped).
