I'm just getting into stocking my pantry and freezer again... I LOVE it!

So far this week:

4 bags of diced flash frozen onions
4 bags of diced flash frozen bell peppers
1 bag of diced flash frozen red pepper
4 bags of 2 day soaked brown beans (rinse and drained in between w a pinch of garlic, ty margerie!!)
5 bags of boiled, cooled, then frozen flat ground beef (ty again margerie!!)
1 pork roast crock potted, portioned for 3 meals
4 meals portioned pork steaks
5 meatloafs ready for the oven
Huge batch of pasta salad in fridge cooling ready for bagging... thaw and eat. Never tried it, sounded like fun. :)

The parents are coming over tonight. I mentioned to her I was making up meatloafs and she invited herself and dad, lol. Was going to cook a whole bag of new potatoes and freeze the leftover to have my own sort of freezer bagged veggies that I love.

Cheers!
