Went to the Goodwill yestreday with my shopping list Dresses for for Little Miss and Khaki pants for Buddy's. Nothing in their sizes.

Today I stop I just couldn't resist stopping by since I was right next door at he grocery store being good deals.

They had khaki pants in Buddy's size Yeah!! :)

They also had tons of clothing and dresses in Little Miss's size., so plenty to choose from
We ended picking two dresses one dressy one casual and a shrug that matched. Yeah! :)

All that wasn't there yesterday.

It is all about timing

while on the subject of timing. I saw a friend shopping at Goodwill and Mentioned I was shopping for clothes for Little Miss and camp. Today she dropped off very cute shirts and a pair of long shorts. We walked out and their they were. on our porch. :)

Everyone almost has everything clothing wise they need for the trip/camp.

Way to go imagine.

Yes, I agree. I had gone MONTHS and hadn't found anything.....then a couple weeks ago I was finding all sorts of things.

Course, for me, it depends on what hobby thing I am doing at the time. That is what I mostly buy at TS as I don't need any clothes........my closets are full. Dogs are well stocked on
baby blankets........and outside rugs. (but I did find some new ones for the porch)

Absolutely. To take it further I keep a master list which is dictated by season. EX. i get xmas stuff now, winter clothes.
2 weeks after xmas Salvation will have tagged merch from gifts people who were too lazy to return.
Our salvation Army store only has in season stuff. so now no long sleeve shirts or sweaters to be found in the store. They are saving up the donated ones for next fall/winter. They bring Christmas out right after Thanksgiving in a big special day. So there is on chance there to shop out of season.

The goodwill doesn't do it this way. And you don't see many people are shopping the out of season so there is a better chance you will find the good stuff on the 1/2 off color tag day.

Oh and I forgot to mention one of the dresses was new with tags.
It was a target brand so it was only 9.99 originally. It was a casual knit dress. Slip on a go dress. Little Miss loves these kind of dresses. Oh and it twirls. :)

The other is a sleeveless Bonnie Jean dress. with a cute ribbon and flower at the waist. There was a matching children's place shrug that we bought. Perfect for this time of year when we don't know from day to day what our weather will be like.

Out of season is defiantly the way to go. I find the nicer stuff is easier to find that way. recently I have bought 4 winter jacket/coats all designer/trendy in excellent conditions for less then 4.00 each. I'm going to look great next winter but in then mean time those coasts aren't doing me much good, lol
