Who's got two thumbs and home today? THIS GAL! The youngest had a tummy ache and felt it would be best to be near a bathroom today. You don't have to ask me twice, I'm all for staying home. Work is overrated.... lol

I am trying to get my work to lay me off for the rest of the winter thru May, but my boss isn't being super supportive of that right now. Not sure why, our revenue is down and I'm the one person that can take the hit of less income via unemployment. I'll keep working on it.

So today...

I have started laundry. The never-ending laundry. I need to clean up the living and dining rooms, load the dishwasher, clean the bathrooms, haul garbage, and sweep and possibly mop the floors. Let's see how far I get...

Have a great day!

Work for me is finally picking up - no more three day work weeks. Since the e. fund is depleated I am thrilled to have 5 days a week again. This morning dropped the car off for brake repair (bye-bye money). Hubby will pick me up on his lunch break. There is laundry and ironing to do and the general picking up after the two GS. Tonight's dinner will be easy as we are having leftover potato soup.

I'm still sick but feeling a bit better and back at work today. Got TONS of stuff done when I was home sick yesterday - laundry, cleaning, made pumpkin bread, organized, changed bunny litter. Today, bf is coming over after work, so I don't anticipate doing too much. But I did just have my work review - really great, expecting a raise within a month. Yay!
