Adults with ADD/ADHD or parents of older children with ADD/ADHD, what are some time management strategies which have actually worked for you (or your child)?

Do you have a day planner, do you stick with it? If so, what style of planner have you found effective and easy to maintain?

Do you have goals? How do you work towards your goals without procrastinating?

What mainstream time management/organizational strategies really don't work for you? (frustrating, work against your nature, etc.)

Any other tips or comments?

I have a book on order right now, but would love some input from others with real life experience.
