If I stack up.
I would safe for future use, some product cheap that I know I will be using, that has no expiration date on.

But on the other end, if I buy only what I need, I could use that extra money on something else.

What would you do?

I would buy some but not too much, maybe a few months' worth. You may see a better price later. Or you may need cash for something else. How easy is it to buy at that price? Some things go on sale regularly every month at expected times and you could wait for the next sale easily. Storage space is also important. Give an example of what you have in mind.
It's Oral-B toothbrush head. On eBay, it's actually hard to find a good deal on it, because there is many prices and different quantity
Those I bought in the past did not came back actually. It took me 2hof search to find that deal. But is cheaper than the dentist.
