Triple Berry Smoothie


Recipe Description
This is my take on a new product from yoplait.​
Preparation Steps:
To make yogurt cubes, you'll need a container of plain flavored yogurt. I use the fat free light. Spoon yogurt into ice cube tray and freeze. I usually only fill them half way full. Remove from tray and place in zip lock back in freezer to use whenever you like.​

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
3-6 yogurt cubes (plain)
1 to 1-1/2 cups fat free or low fat milk​
Serves:
(2) 8 oz. glasses​
Directions:
Place 3 yogurt cubes (use 6 if you only filled the ice cube tray compartments half way), 1 cup frozen berries, and 1 cup milk (1-1/2 cups if you want to be able to drink this through a straw) in a blender. Blend until smoothe. Serve Immediately.​
