Just did 8 miles on the bike. I also did lots of walking mowing my lawn.

How is everyone doing......next

btw - got lots of water drank yesterday, first time in a long time!! On my way again today.

Hi!

I had a sore throat yesterday and today too, so no exercise here. Really tired yesterday too. Surprisingly I didn't eat too badly over the weekend. Hopefully I'll be back in the gym tomorrow, and maybe do some inline skating after it cools down a bit. (BTW - I dissolve when the temps reach the upper 70's! I'm a born and bred, rain-loving native Oregonian. :) )

Well I just added another mile on the bike, walked to the store (which I shouldn't have done) and did 60 arm lifts!! I don't have any weights but I do have some canned goods, so I used those instead!! :D

14 minutes on my bike this morning and going for a short walk here shortly. Spent most of the day on my behind driving!:(

Great substitue CJ, who needs weights!!:D
