Aldi -- 1.07/lb for a whole bird. I don't have room for that so I paid $12 for a boneless breast with gravy packet.
Both of the other major chains have a "deal" where you can buy a $40-45 ham and get a "free" turkey, and the organic place has them starting at $3.99/lb.

some places .99 a lb or 1.49 is average. but a few free ham or turkey (about 10lbs) w reward points or buy x amount for cheap or free bird. smoked or free range etc $$$$ though I did score a rare deal smoked turkey for $21 about 8 or so lbs on its expiration date but think they got them in earlier and they were found in the back of the store fridge for that price.

Forgot to add, one store is offering a whole turkey (up to a $20 value) for 1300 loyalty points. Points are roughly equal to 2c, sometimes less, and 1300 would take me 3-4 months to earn.

New ad prices:

.99 (limit 1), 1.49, 1.69, 2.99 /lb depending on which brand you pick.

Northern Virginia / D.C. area one store has frozen $.29/lb with $40 purchase (limit 1) or fresh $.99/lb. Different chain last week offering at $.47/lb with $25 purchase (limit 2.) All store brand. Butterball $1.79/lb fresh or frozen.
