<DIV>1/2 pound Ground Turkey or Ground Chicken (less fat)</DIV>
<DIV>1 chopped Yellow Onion</DIV>
<DIV>1 package Taco Seasoning</DIV>
<DIV>1-1/2 cups Water</DIV>
<DIV>1 (15-ounce) can of Stewed Tomatoes</DIV>
<DIV>3 cans of Mexican Style Chili Beans (don't drain them)</DIV>
<DIV>1 package Dry Ranch Dressing</DIV>
<DIV>1 (16-ounce) bag Frozen Cut Yellow Corn</DIV>
<DIV>1 (4.5-ounce) can Green Chilis</DIV>

<DIV>Brown turkey in a large soup pot. </DIV>
<DIV>Add chopped onion, taco seasoning, water then add all the other ingredients and heat. </DIV>
<DIV>Serve with 1TBS of light sour cream for an additional 1/2 pt. </DIV>

<DIV>I made it with 2 cans of Mexican Chili Beans and 1 can of Black Beans (drain the black beans) - - it was awesome that way and didn't change the point value.</DIV>
