Okay, I'm joining in on day 3. I put $6 in the pot. This catches me up with the rest of you gals. I got the A-OK from my hubby to start putting money aside to make some changes in my kitchen. I REALLY need this change. It'll be 11 years since our last make-over....UGH! I'm sure you can sympathize.....LOL!

Ours hasn't been changed since the 1970's, so I can more than sympathize with you. I just keep trying to tell myself it's cool to be vintage. :lol:

Ha! Vintage you say? I do love that word, but looking at my flat, laminate, walnut cabinets from 1973 :ugh:, does have a way of stirring quite a few words from me.....however, ~vintage~ isn't one of them!

I do like your attitude Missourimom! I could use some of your patience. What I usually say, is that since bell-bottoms from the 70s are back, maybe in another year or two, dark ugly laminate will be all the rage too......NAH! Ain't gonna happen!! :loop:

WTG - very impressive keeping up and going forward!! Although I haven't been on to post, I did keep up.

Just so I don't have to go back and try to figure it all out - could someone please brirng me up to date - are some of us doing this for everyday of the month?
