This recipe is sinful... and SO good... just don't read the calorie count (see link) before you try it, LOL!

I'm thinking of having this tonight with our veggie soup.  (I'm supposed to be eating extra calories due to my illness- seems like a good excuse, right?!)

Ultimate Grilled Cheese
 Recipe #52569

3  ounces light cream cheese
3/4  cup mayonnaise
4  ounces shredded cheddar cheese
4  ounces mozzarella cheese
1/2  teaspoon garlic powder
1/8  teaspoon Season-All salt
10-12  slices Italian bread (1/2" thick slices)
2  tablespoons butter or margarine, softened

5-6 servings

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in cheeses, garlic powder& Season-All.
Butter one side of all pieces of bread.
Place half of the buttered breads butter-side down into frying pan& top w/ 1/3 c.
of the cheese mixture.
Top with the remaining bread, butter side up.
Cook on med. heat until golden brown on both sides.

That sounds wonderful and I think I might add ham when I make it and then I would only have to have some sort of vegetable with it.
