My son spent all day in court. They want him to do the drug program too. Because she said he does drug. He's fighting that. His ex-wife tried that and lost. The courts did give him the baby but he still has to jump thru hoops. What a hassle.......

So sorry it's such a hassle - courts have to be careful when children are involved. Are your son and baby with you now?

They are at his house. with the 2 older boys, girlfriend and himself. I have a lot of respect for the girlfriend. She's going to help take care of the baby
