We got the phone call at 11:55 this morning ( 11-24-10 ) that Dad had passed. They had an ice storm yesterday, his wife couldn't get there..

Thank you for all of your prayers. He went fast, which we beleive is a blessing.

We are in such shock, we really can't even think.

Thank you again for all your support, have a blessed Thanksgiving, and don't forget to tell people you love them!

That really did happen so fast, but I've heard of others with pancreatic cancer going the same way. I'm sure you're all feeling so overwhelmed. It was like you didn't even get a chance to accept the diagnosis, and he was gone in no time! I really feel bad for your poor MIL not being able to get there. I hope she's coming along alright.
