that link did not work for me, but I found food plans at

I told it to "open the file from current location" and when it asked what file to use to open it I told it "excel" since I do not have lotus 123. thanks for the info

for two people, a thrifty family should be spending 64.00 or so a week. I spend a lot less and have full pantries :)

Whoa! These are really good recipes with minimal use of ingredients. (which I like, lol). I really appreciate this because I've gotten into a cooking slump and needed some good wholesome dinners. All of the nutritional information provided is great too!:D
