I found veal in the "manager's special" bin last week for 99 cents/pound. So I bought 3 of the 5 pounds there.

One will most likely go into meatloaf. Does anyone have a recipe that won't "cover up" the veal? Or a nice sauce that can go over it with pasta? I'm rather lousy at sauces.. :(
