Vegan Oatmeal Cookies
Recipe Description
So now you have no excuse to not eat junk food!
Preparation Steps:Preheat oven to 350F
Level of Difficulty:Easy
Time Needed:30 minutes
Ingredients:1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. oat bran
1/2 T. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. brown rice syrup
1/3 c. apple juice concentrate
1/4 c. Sucanat or Fruitsource sweetener
1 t. pure maple syrup
1 t. vanilla
Serves:3/4 c. rolled oats

Directions:In med bowl, combine all dry ingredients, except for the Sucanat/Fruitsource.
In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients and the Sucanat/Fruitsource.
Combine the two mixtures.
Drop by spoonsful onto non-stick baking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes, or until just set.
