Veggie sandwich patties
Recipe Description
HM "Gardenburgers".
Very versatile recipe.
Change it up to suit your taste.

Shred carrots, mushrooms, and celery (I threw them
all in a food processor together.)

Ingredients:2 c. carrots, shredded
2 c. mushrooms,
diced finely
1 c. celery, diced
finely
1 T. shoyu
2 c. cooked brown
rice
1 1/2 - 2 c. shredded
cheese (I used
Cheddar)
2 T. flour
1 egg

8-10 patties, depending on size
Directions:Saute carrots, mushrooms, and celery.
Place carrot mixture in large bowl. Add rice, egg,
cheese, shoyu, and flour.
Form into patties.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350F, 10-15
minutes. Flip patties over and bake additional 10-15
minutes.
Freeze whatever you aren't going to eat right away
