Veggies and dip

Recipe Description
This is a dip for fresh veggies. Good as a snack, along with a meal, or as a meal all by its self!
Its a great way to get kids to eat spinach!
We dip carrots, cauliflower, celery, green peppers, cucumbers, radishes, broccoli, and the kids love it.
Preparation Steps:
You need a good blender, or mixer of some kind. This works hard what ever you use to mix it as it is pretty thick.
Thaw frozen spinach.
Room Temp cream cheese
chop or grate the onions.
Level of Difficulty:
easy
Time Needed:
5 to 10 mintes
Ingredients:
Frozen chopped spinach.
8oz cream cheese
Evaporated milk
Best Food Mayo
1/2 onion
1 bunch of green onions.
Serves:
This makes just a little over a quart
Directions:
add 1/2 package of thawed frozen spinach to a blender, (or use a bowl and beater) add 1/2 onion (chopped or grated), and one full bunch of green onions (chopped or grated). Add the evaporated milk, blend until well mixed.
Add to this 1-8oz cream cheese Blend well again. Then add 2 cups mayo. Blend to the thickness you like. I like mine thick so it sticks well to the veggies, but if you like yours thinner just add a little more milk.
