This is a dip for fresh veggies. Good as a snack, along with a meal, or as a meal all by its self!
Its a great way to get kids to eat spinach!
We dip carrots, cauliflower,celery, green peppers, cucumbers, radishes, broccoli, and the kids love it.

You need a good blender, or mixer of some kind. This works hard what ever you use to mix it as it is pretty thick.
Thaw frozen spinach.

Evaporated milk

1 bunch of green onions.

This makes just a little over a quart
Directions:add 1/2 package of thawed frozen spinach to a blender, (or use a bowl and beater) add 1/2 onion (chopped or grated), and one full bunch of green onions (chopped or grated). Add the evaporated milk, blend until well mixed.
Add to this 1-8oz cream cheese Blend well again. Then add 2 cups mayo. Blend to the thickness you like. I like mine thick so it sticks well to the veggies, but if you like yours thinner just add a little more milk.
