the new monitor dh bought from amazon... firstly, it works better in ds's room. so this weekend, it looks like we will have to switch the kids rooms. It pops and crackles badly, except in ds's room.

but anyhow without sound we have it on to test it out at night to see how the "night vision" works on it. It works great, like the room is lit, but i have the lights off. We have watched dd "no-no" the camera (pointed at it with her sternest face, and we could tell she was saying "no-no"), we have watched her have a conversation with Pink Kitty (not surprisingly...her pink stuffed kitty), she has played with her hair, and has turned over a few times. I think she is a bit self consious wbout the camera being there. She keeps staring and pointing at it, lol.

How funny about your little one.... we looked into getting one of those but since the babies room is right across the hall from our bedroom...and the fact that my hearing is so good I can hear a pin drop-for real...I have to listen to the tv on 1 because it hurts my ears...lol... anyway, we just got one of the sound moniters...

some friends of ours got one like yours and loved it....

it has become a ritual with us as we are going to bed to "spy" on DD, lol. we didn't realise how busy she was before going to sleep. She is so quiet in there that we never hear her, but now we know she has alot of play left in her at bed time. :D
