DH has decided he needs to lose weight. He wants to do the slim fast plan. I like the shakes if they are really really cold (ice chips are good) so I said I will do it with him.
I want to lose anyway. I am also taking lots of vitamin supplements.
Plus I want to walk 2xs a day, whether he does or not! I also have a pilates dvd I want to do, gonna watch it through tonight and see what its like.
Wish us luck! He is king of the "sneak snacks at work " crowd!
We decided it woudl be best to use the shakes for breakfast and supper since he can't cook at work and works nights. I plan to get veggies and fat free dips to give us the chewing we need!
I told him I was going to get him to the dr one way or another!
So he thinks this will keep me at bay!

I love pilate's, it takes more concentration than regular aerobics but it's sure worth it :D

Good luck Mel! It's going to be a bit tougher on the sneak snacks at work fellow. Hope he finds his willpower.:)

Sis, good luck on your LFL program as well as your dh. I know you can do it, but it does take a lot of work. One day at a time has become my motto in this program.
