Well this last week has been great. I lost a total of 5 lbs. I'm feeling great and going into my 3rd week of a vegetarian diet.

How is everyone else doing?

Well, I have lost 1.4 lbs this week, but I had gained 2.4 a couple of weeks ago...so I am losing the same weight...
I am getting back on track...I need to move off this plateau!!!

Well I started ww on Sat. It is my goal to lose 20lbs. I find it hard with dh. He just loves that fatty food. He did agree to "try" to eat a little less fat. Tonight we had salmon and veggies.

Wow! I hope to do as well. I don't weigh in until Sat. I have to be careful not to lose to quick, I am nursing and am worried about losing my milk. Has anyone here watched what they ate when they were nursing?

Carolyn, your doing wonderful.

Wow everyone is really getting there and its so encouraging to read how others are doing. Keep it up ladies - together we can win the race.
