This past week I lost another pound, making that 13 lbs. so far. One pound is great because I don't want to lose too fast. I want to keep this weight off and I don't want to be flabby!!
I know I'm toning up because I can feel it in my jeans. They are getting loose on me and I can see it when I look in the mirror.
How is everyone else doing?
