Of course fast changes is a great stress for your brain and body. I noticed that people, who lose much weight in a short period of time, gain even more that thay lost. Also your kidneys, liver, heart thyroid gland suffer from this. It is better for you to gradually introduce exercises into your daily routine. If you run all day at high speed, then you will not be able to recover for a long time. So start walking on a special treadmill. Try to use it in a normal speed at the first time. You also need to watch your diet. An immediate rejection of carbohydrates will be very difficult for the body to tolerate.

As their contents are used for energy during weight loss, fat cells get smaller in size, but their overall number doesn't change. Carbon dioxide and water are wastes of fat loss that are eliminated through breathing, urinating, and sweating. Your mind and body may alter if you lose a lot of weight. Some people struggle to fall asleep and feel cold. Others who lose weight may get stretch marks and drooping skin. Additionally, people's interactions with others and themselves may alter.
