My goal is to be smaller, not necessarily lighter (although that would be a plus ) I am going to measure myself periodically and not worry about the scale so much.
A more specific goal is to lose 25 lbs or so.
What are yours? You may be as general or as specific as you want.
- to get down to 140 lbs. I have a long way to go but its coming off
- to learn to eat healthy instead of depriving myself of good food
- to keep excersising at least 5 times a week (thats a lifetime goal)
I'll probably think of a few more and add them later.
Well, I want my thighs to get smaller but since I can't spot reduce I have to just work on losing it all over...
I want my arms to be more toned so I am increasing the amount of weight that I lift...
Just basically to stay small and toned and strong..
I want to be able to do 20 regular pushups (not on my knees) so far I can only do 5 in a row still..
I want to be able to wear size 6 clothes. Right now, I am imposing on size 8. LOL. I want to have a healthy lifestyle, eat more fresh fruits and veggies. I want to lose 10 more pounds.
My goal is to feel good the way I look.... I am almost there, where I can say I look okay, the ultimate goal would be to look in the mirror and see a skinny person looking back but I would be happy a bit smaller...
My goals are:
-to get back to my Weight Watcher's goal of 155 pounds
-to continue losing and get to my personal goal of 150 pounds.
-to exercise more consistently.
I would like to lose 15 pounds or so, but I don't know if I'll ever do that. A more realistic goal for me is to tone up, exercise regularly and eat healthy. Right now, I binge on ice cream all too frequently.
