And I just got Tide laundry samples, which couldn't have worked out better. They came on Saturday, just as I ran out of laundry detergent, so I was able to do 2 loads of laundry before I went to get groceries in the afternoon.
got 4 bottles of liquor. Since we have the party bar for our dance group this works out great. A manager for a resturant we do work for was given the bottles by some of his vendors for Christmas, except he doesn't drink. Against his personal beliefs.
In the mail: Head & Shoulders Shampoo Sample
Another Hair sample, don't remember the name of it.
Freecycle: Sunbeam Food Dehydrator
Dumpster Behind a Store: LOL, this is the best deal! I pulled up to a 'certain' stores dumpster to get some big cardboard (I like to use their display boxes) to make shipping boxes for books out of and laying right there on the top were 6 new rolls of Christmas wrapping paper, some really cute plastic chain lengths, and a bag filled with 10, 25 foot garland bunches, still wrapped and priced at $3.00 each! I'll never need to buy garland again and I'm trying to figure out what kind of craft thing I could do with it. What a score! I figure if nothing else, I can list the garland on freecycle. I can't stand to see stuff like that thrown away!
