I did get in the mail yesterday a coupon and sample of leg cramp relief.
I might be able to get free Lysol Nutra Air - it's on sale B1G1 free and I have a B1G1 free coupon. Last time I was able to get both free (just pay tax) but it was Dove Chocolates. I will LYK if it works. Oh yeah, it's Rite-Aid.

and those were just for emailing the companies and telling them how much we liked their products.

This week we received 2 quarts of honey, collected and processed by a local man that knows my DH and wanted us to try it.
Oh my goodness...we got alot of free stuff this month! LOL We got free mangos, bananas, plantains, breadfruit, bammy (cassava or yuca root in some places) and akee...( used to make Jamaica's national dish of Akee & Saltfish). I think that's it but I'm sure more of the same with be coming. LOL I love the island...fruit and veggies just grow like wildfire and ppl just share what they have.
this month:
wicker diningroom table with glass top and 4 chairs
4 large bags of books
3 oil lanterns
95(this number is correct, no type-o) green scrubby pads
ironing machine for iron on designs for t-shirts(aint got a clue what ya call the thing.)
2 poolside type lounge chairs
