Wanted to start the thread!

We had an extra 2nd harvest distribution this tuesday with 3lbs ground beef and 3lbs ground bison!!! I LOVE BISON meat. Had buffalo sliders tonight for supper and used canned veg and fresh potatoes (with a few dark spots...) from 2nd harvest to make a stew with the rest of the meat.

And got a free wheel/rim from a vehicle that will make a decent fire pit for me or a neighbor.

Mit: flowers?
jo: I also have cassettes. My truck and the "new" car both have cassette AND CD players! Both dead technologies to the youngsters but I like them. I have a few cassettes and they cost a nickel or a dime at thrift so I can change it up. I get books on CD at the library. The new car has a 6cd changer. I've never had anything that fancy! I have most of a book in there and I haven't had to pull over to change the cd in days.

More incredible 2nd harvest...4lbs bison, a peach pie, etc etc.
I actually stopped at a thrift store today and found a little burger fryer appliance so I can thaw a pound at work and make me a burger for lunch instead of having to cook the whole LB at once. I think I paid 3$...less than a pound of meat. Once I run out of meat, I will have to try frying other things in there like people do on the waffle irons.
