About a ream of tractor feed dot matrix printer paper. I already separated it all and ripped the sides off where the holes were, so it's ready to use.

A 2021 calendar.

A pet bowl mat for my office, so the sloppy slurper won't make such a mess.

I don't know if anything was really free. We went to city wide sales in a town that used to have fantastic sales, but quit going for quite a few yrs in order to avoid bringing in too much clutter. But I have a long list of needs, so we decided to go. We spent $8.75 on stuff, but $20 in gas. Worst sales ever. Very disappointed. Still, a nice outing.

2nd harvest had giant apples, oranges, white rice. I went late so that was it. It is plenty. I am told there will be boxes of potatoes, celery and onions tomorrow. May get one if there is extra. Makes a great soup with the greens I am getting from the garden

Friend came for lunch and brought a gift set she had got at work for Nurse Appreciation week. Two lip balms, bath bomb, sugar scrub etc.
"Free stuff day" around town (people put stuff at the end of their driveways) - got another bath bomb, pair of pull-on sneakers, handmade penguin, pyrex pie plate, vintage owl bank, cast iron baking mold, yarn, fabric.

Cool! Of course, these are all small things, but this is also an example of attention. After all, in order to somehow express your gratitude, you do not have to spend a huge amount of money.
