Kimberly, I live in So. Cal where they double coupons, thats how I get so many freebies. I always use coupons. I do multiple trips to the store, with coupons in hand. The scrubbing bubbles I got because I had Buy1 Get 1 Free & Vons also had a Buy1 Get 1 Free offer, so coupon & offer combined made 2 free.
