Pillars,container or votive candles??

I like container candles but on occassion burn votives especailly if I'm trying a new candle....

Mostly containers unless I'm nt sure if I'll like it, then votive...everytime I try a pillar candle it ends up burning through the side and "candle poop" (as Will calls it) goes all over whatever it's sitting on!
