I don't have a set bedtime. I could fall asleep at 8, and then again like last night not until 3 am!

I usually go to bed between 10 and 11 and fall asleep within an hour while reading or watching TV.

I try to be in bed by 10:00 if I have to work the next day, I get up at 4:15AM on work days. If I am off, I sometimes live on the wild side and stay up till 11:00, LOL.

Blessings,
Kathy

Okay I think something must be wrong with me now. I go to bed at 11:00 being the earliest I go. If it is a work day or school day then I have to get up at 4:45 (the latest). So I am lucky if I get four or five hours of sleep a night in one week. I usually get around four hours, but if I am sick then I try to go to bed earlier. Notice I said try.

I am usually asleep by 10:30. I try for 10:00 but for some reason lately I have had a hard time sleeping. I get up at 4:45 five days a week.
