We'll be making an appointment with a financial planner soon, and we have a general idea what information we need to bring to the appointment, but I'm wondering what we're not thinking of that we should be.
We know we'll need the basics, assets, mortgage amounts, pension, cash value of life insurance, current income, bank accounts, anticipated SS payments at retirement, value of our residence and rental properties, that sort of thing. What else?
We need to accumulate a list of questions to ask, too. Any suggestions welcome.
TIA.
