First Saturday of the month means we rotate out some Manwich Sauce from the stockpile.

So Manwiches made with ground turkey, whole wheat buns, roasted green beans, sweet potato fries for me and regular fries for the husband.

Had friends over. Made an easy dinner of ceasar salad, lasagna and store bought pie. Was delish and easy so I could enjoy the company!

We went out to the ranch to visit family where they made spanish rice, beans, and carne asada. It was good and nice not to have to cook.
