Still have ham from the sale a few months back so tonight I am making fried rice.

Going to make eggplant parm with shake n bake (healthier than frying, alas) and some noodles. Most likely the kids will only eat the "spaghetti" and I'll freeze the rest for lunches.

Pork chops, ramen noodles with no juice and mushrooms mixed in, green beans, bread and butter.
