Everyone must be busy - didn't see this thread started. Better late then never right?

We had a brown sugar & maple pork roast for dinner with mashed taters with sauteed butternut squash in a garlic black bean sauce.

We had soup and grilled sandwiches. DH also ate a lone corndog he found lurking in the freezer.

We had leftovers tonight. We move in a week and I am trying to eat up as much as we can in our house, so tonight everyone had a little of something different from each other.
